Does iute charge me any fees?
Stores may offer one or more iute payment options, and you pick the one that suits you at checkout. iute Smart 0%, for example, costs nothing extra: buy a 4000 MKD product over 4 instalments and you repay 4x1000 MKD. No fees.
iute Flexi is a good choice for repaying over a longer period with a small administrative fee. There are no hidden costs either — you always see what you will repay.
When is my first repayment due?
You repay for your purchase monthly. Usually that means your first payment falls one month after approval.
How does the MyIute app work?
MyIute is a simple way to sign credit agreements online, quickly and securely. Download the app and sign in with your personal PIN and the OTP (one-time password) sent to you by SMS. Once approved, you can sign the agreement in the app. Signing is fast and easy.
How long does approval take?
For pre-approved limits held by existing customers, approval is instant. For everyone else it takes 5-10 minutes. Keep your phone nearby — expect a call from our agents after you apply.
What happens if I return the product to the store?
Please contact the store you bought it from. If the store accepts the return, they will inform us so the credit can be withdrawn.
